As co-managing partner, Brenton leads Pegasus' development and acquisitions across SFL and NYC markets. Brenton earned a BBA with a concentration in finance from George Washington University and also attended NYUs Schack Institute of Real Estate. Prior to Pegasus Equities Brenton was a former Financial Advisor at Merrill Lynch focusing on CMBS loans and portfolio management.

As co-managing partner, Jon leads Pegasus' asset management and acquisitions across SFL and NYC markets. Jon earned a BBA with a concentration in finance as well as an MA in accounting from George Washington University. Prior to Pegasus Equities Jon was a former asset manager for DRA Advisors, a $11B REIT based in NYC, focusing on value-add strategies, with investments spanning 20 different markets and multiple asset classes.
